Twenty-eight individuals who wrote the June 2010 Certified Financial Planner Examination have earned places on the Financial Planning Standards Council (FPSC) President’s List, which recognizes the top 1% of successful exam candidates.
In one of the largest sittings ever, 2,208 candidates from across Canada wrote the exam. The overall pass rate was 44.5% (982 candidates). Passing the exam is a requirement of all those working towards CFP certification, an internationally-recognized standard in financial planning.
