- Katherine Dudtschak is now the CEO of HomeEquity Bank. She had joined the bank as president on May 1. She was previously an executive vice-president with RBC — a role she left in 2022.
- Greg Tsagogeorgas and Patrice Denis have been appointed co-heads of PIMCO Canada. They have each been with the company for 14 years, according to a LinkedIn post. Tsagogroras was previously head of Canadian retail, and Denis was executive vice-president, account manager.
- The Canadian ETF Association announced its 2024-25 board of directors. Ron Landry, vice-president, head of asset manager and ETF solutions with CIBC Mellon, is now board chair. Prerna Mathews, vice-president of ETF product strategy with Mackenzie Investments, joined the board in 2023 and is now vice-chair.
- Monique Leroux, who was president and CEO of Desjardins Group between 2008 and 2016, has been promoted to companion of the Order of Canada. She was previously invested as a member of the order in 2012. She is also an officer of the Ordre national du Québec (2013) and knight of the National Order of the Legion of Honour of France (2012).
