Montreal-based Peak Financial Group has appointed Stéphane Dulude as vice president of business development, the firm announced Wednesday.

In this position, Dulude will be responsible for managing the firm’s recruitment efforts across Canada, overseeing its succession plan program, and contributing to strategic development, among other duties.

Dulude brings to the role more than 25 years of experience in financial services, banking and real estate, and has held senior management positions at major financial institutions in Canada. Most recently, he was president of SFL, a partner of Desjardins Financial Security/Desjardins Financial Security Investments Inc. He also serves as a member of the Investment Products Advisory Committee created by Quebec’s Autorité des marchés financiers .
