Toronto-based Bank of Montreal has entered an agreement to purchase Portland, Ore.-based CTC Consulting LLC. The deal should be finalized during the second quarter of calendar 2012. CTC will merge with BMO’s wealth-management solutions business, Harris myCFO LLC of Chicago, which services ultra-high net-worth clients in the U.S. Members of CTC’s executive committee will continue to hold leadership roles in the newly merged firm.
