Vancouver-based Leede Financial Markets Inc. has announced that it is merging with Toronto-based Jones Gable & Co. Ltd. to create Leede Jones Gable Inc. The newly combined investment dealer will be headquartered in Calgary and will have more than 150 investment advisors and portfolio managers across the country, except for in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador. The deal is subject to regulatory approval.
