Desjardins Financial Security on Tuesday announced the appointment of Craig Zilke as director of group insurance sales for the Alberta region.

In his role, Zilke responsibilities include developing and strengthening the company’s presence throughout the territory and he will report directly to Dan Poole, vice president of group insurance sales, group network

“Mr. Zilke brings more than 13 years of experience in group insurance sales, consulting and management to this position,” said Poole, in a news release. “He has a tremendous skill set to lead the growth of group insurance sales in Alberta. We’re pleased to have someone of Craig’s calibre as part of our team working out of the Calgary office.”

Zilke is a graduate of the University of British Columbia.
