Caldwell Mutual Funds announced today that it has severed its relationship with Strategy Asset Managers, LLC, effective April 10, 2006.
Strategy had been providing investment advice with respect to Caldwell Balanced Fund and Caldwell America Fund, as part of a sub-advisory agreement between Strategy and the manager of the Caldwell Mutual Funds, Caldwell Investment Management Ltd.
Caldwell Investment will assume full responsibility for managing the portfolios of the funds.
