Former IPC financial planner Jane Baker has opened a PWL Capital Inc. office in Toronto. She joins Kathleen Clough, CFP, RFP, who handles the financial planning at the PWL Advisors Toronto branch.

Baker’s practice is 100% fee for service and takes a team approach, with in-house associates with varying specialities. Baker previously headed Sensible Investment Corp. before joining PWL.

The Toronto office is the fourth in Canada, joining those in Montreal, Ottawa and Riviere-du-Loup.
