A hearing panel of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada Quebec District has ordered the expulsion of Resolution Capital Inc., following a hearing held on May 9.

The order was given upon application by IDA Staff, given that the registration of Resolution Capital Inc. as a securities dealer was revoked by the Autorité des marchés financiers following the cessation of its activities in this capacity, and given the failure of Resolution Capital Inc. to pay the fines and costs imposed pursuant to two other disciplinary proceedings.

The expulsion order is effective immediately.
