Berkshire group of companies today announced the appointment of Ron Vallière to the newly created position of associate vp – trade desk compliance, Berkshire Securities Inc.

Vallière brings to Berkshire Securities a unique depth of experience in regulatory management, acquired as manager of the national trade desk review program at Market Regulation Services Inc. and hands-on knowledge of equity trading in banks and brokerages as a former head trader and institutional compliance officer.

Vallière’s mandate is to develop enhanced corporate and advisor training programs and policies and procedures.
