Bridgehouse Asset Managers, a trade name of Torotno-based Brandes Investment Partners & Co., Monday announced several changes to its family of Bridgehouse Funds.

Effective immediately, the management fees have been lowered on Class L and Class M of 14 Bridgehouse Funds, along with a reduction of the minimum investment in Class L and Class M to $100,000 per fund.

Bridgehouse says these changes reflect its commitment to providing flexible and attractive pricing options for investors who make larger purchases.

In addition, effective immediately, the Lazard Emerging Markets Multi-Strategy Fund has changed its name to the Lazard Emerging Markets Multi Asset Fund. The new name is intended to provide greater clarity in describing the various emerging markets (EM) asset classes held within the fund which include EM equities, EM debt and EM currencies.

Also, the foreign content limit on the Brandes Canadian Equity Fund has been increased to a maximum of 49% from the previous target of approximately 30% in order to provide the portfolio sub-advisor with greater flexibility to increase or decrease the foreign content component of the fund dependent on investment opportunities.
