Desjardins Group reports that it is having difficulties with its computer system today.

The failure is currently disrupting all banking transactions that are normally carried out in the Desjardins caisses and ATM network in Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick, as well as through AccèsD Internet banking.

Debit and credit transactions are working normally.

Although caisses services are disrupted, employees can manually carry out withdrawals or attest bill payments.

Desjardins says its specialists are working actively to put the computer system back into operation as soon as possible.
