Kitchener, Ont.-based managing general agency (MGA) Financial Horizons Group announced a variety of organizational and structural changes on Wednesday.
John Hamilton, president and CEO, announced the merge of the MGA’s pacific and prairie region operations into a new region of Western Canada. Paul Isaacson, president of the pacific region will assume full responsibility for the new region, as president, Western Canada.
Connie Sadler, current vice president of operations for Manitoba and Alberta will become vice president, Manitoba, and will assume full responsibility for the province of Manitoba in sales, operations, and administration.
Alex O’Donnell, current vice president of sales for Calgary, will assume full responsibility for the province of Alberta in sales, operations, and administration, with a new title of vice president, Alberta.
Chris Valardo, managing partner of the Atlantic branch office, will become president, Atlantic Canada, assuming full responsibility for the Atlantic provinces.
In addition, Tony Ryan will assume full responsibility for the province of Ontario, as president, Ontario.
