BMO Harris Investment Management Inc. will be the investment manager of all aspects of the BMO Harris International Equity Portfolio, the firm announced today. The Boston Co. Asset Management LLC will become the fund’s investment advisor, replacing J. P. Morgan Fleming Asset Management.

The change is effective November 1st, 2006.

BMO Harris Investment Management is the investment management arm of BMO Harris Private Banking.

The Boston Co. is a wholly owned, indirect subsidiary of Mellon Financial Co.
