CI Investments Inc., manager of Signature Diversified Yield II Fund, said Wednesday it has filed an amended and restated Fund Facts for Class A and Class O units of the fund.
The Class A document has been revised to reflect the correct management expense ratio (MER) of 2.32% for the year ended March 31, 2014, not 2.09% as originally stated, and the Class O document has been revised to reflect the correct MER of 0.17% for the year ended March 31, 2014, and not 0.15%.
