Jovian Capital Corp. announced today that, further to the escrow closing announced on August 12, the acquisition of an additional 15% interest in BetaPro Management Inc. has now been completed and all documents and funds have been released from escrow.
Jovian now holds a 60% controlling interest in BetaPro.
BetaPro manages the Horizons BetaPro family of exchange traded funds.
