Roynat Capital has contributed $5 million to seed the labour sponsored venture fund, the Roynat Canadian Diversified Fund.

Roynat says the contribution demonstrates its confidence and commitment to the fund, and will allow the new fund take advantage of diverse opportunities that currently exist in the Canadian marketplace.

The fund’s mid-market investments focus on traditional industries and the technology sector. Its investment objective to generate interest and dividend income while delivering long-term capital appreciation.
