The Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada is extending the comment period for proposed rule amendments to implement registration reform.
In a notice, the IIROC says it is extending the comment period relating to the amendments to implement the CSA Registration Reform Project to Dec. 29. The comment period was originally scheduled to expire on Oct. 27.
The proposed amendments were published on Sept. 26.
