Sprott Asset Management Inc. announced sub- advisory changes to Sprott Energy Fund, effective November 20.

Whitley Energy Capital Partners L.P. of Houston, Texas will no longer provide sub-advisory services to the fund.

Sprott Asset will continue to act as the portfolio advisor to the fund, and CIO Eric Sprott will continue to be the lead portfolio manager.

There will be no change to the investment objective or investment strategies of the fund.

The fund invests primarily in equity and equity-related securities of companies that are involved directly or indirectly in the exploration, development, production and distribution of oil, gas, coal, uranium and other related activities in the energy and resource sector.
