BMO Asset Management Inc. (BMO AM) Wednesday launched four Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).
The new ETFs include funds that offer exposure to high quality or dividend-based equities and funds showcasing continued innovation in fixed income. They began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
BMO MSCI All Country World High Quality Index ETF (TSX:ZGQ)
BMO AM says this ETF will allow investors to access “quality investing” – a strategy used to select companies with stable business models and viable competitive advantages – with exposure to global equities in a cost-efficient manner.
BMO MSCI USA High Quality Index ETF (TSX:ZUQ)
This ETF will also allow access to quality investing, providing investors with exposure to high quality, industry-leading U.S. companies.
BMO Equity Linked Corporate Bond ETF (TSX:ZEL)
This ETF is for investors who are looking for fixed income exposure with equity market upside, says BMO AM. It will invest in a diversified portfolio of corporate bonds and will buy equity market options.
BMO International Dividend ETF (TSX:ZDI)
BMO AM says this ETF is suited for yield-oriented investors who are seeking a diversified portfolio of international equities. It provides exposure to large- and mid-capitalization international companies with a sustainable dividend yield.
“In the current market environment, investors are looking for ways to position their portfolios more efficiently,” said Kevin Gopaul, chief investment officer and senior vice president. “These new funds further solidify our position as a market-leading provider in smart beta and solutions-based ETFs.”
