Raymond James hires new M&A head for Canada

Toronto-based full-service investment dealer Raymond James Ltd. announced Wednesday that Craig McDougall has joined its investment banking team as senior managing director and head of the firm’s M&A business in Canada.

Prior to joining Raymond James, McDougall was the head of M&A at National Bank Financial for the past 17 years. Prior to that, he held progressively more senior roles at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell and Ernst & Young. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member (and past President and Board Member) of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
