The Ontario regulator has suspended the registration of Blueport Capital and John Hare
The Ontario Securities Commission is alerting investors not to purchase securities from Blueport Capital Corp. or its principal, John Hare.
OSC staff has suspended the registration of Blueport and Hare, meaning they may no longer sell securities to investors.
The decision to suspend the registration was taken during OSC proceedings held at on Tuesday, December 13.
