Sun Life Financial Inc. will provide its shareholders with an advisory vote on executive compensation at annual meetings, the company said Wedesday.
The non-binding advisory vote will be submitted to shareholders beginning at Sun Life’s annual meeting to be held in 2010.
On Tuesday, TMX Group said it would allow is shareholders to hold a non-binding vote on executive compensation.
