The Federation of Mutual Fund Dealers has announced its board of directors for 2012.

They are:

  • Chuck Grace, Fusion Consulting
  • Susan Monk, Peak Financial
  • Ian Moorhouse, Independent Accountants Investment Group
  • John Novachis, IPC Investment Corp.
  • Vince Valenti, Independent Planning Group Inc.
  • Mark Zochowski, Scandamar Inc.

Sandra Kegie is the FMFD’s executive director.

The board of directors is working through a set of key priorities for the coming year.

Founded in 1996, the Federation is an association of Canadian mutual fund dealers and affiliates whose members have been working to be the voice of the independent mutual fund dealer.

It currently represent dealer firms and affiliates with over $113 billion of assets under administration and more than 17 thousand licensed advisors that provide financial services to over 3.5 million Canadians and their families.
