Creststreet Asset Management Ltd. has appointed Jeffrey S. Boyce as an independent director of Creststreet 2006 General Partner Ltd., Creststreet 2006 (II) General Partner Ltd., Creststreet 2007 General Partner Ltd. and Creststreet Mutual Funds Ltd.

Boyce will also be an independent member of the audit committee of each of these boards, replacing Robert Toole who was a temporary member of the audit committee during the process of identifying an independent director.

Boyce is a senior oil and gas executive with over 27 years of domestic and international experience in building, financing and managing public oil and gas companies. He is the current president and CEO and director of Sure Energy Inc. as well as executive chairman of Sound Energy Trust, former president and CEO and co-founder of Clear Energy Inc., and Vermilion Resources Ltd. Primary expertise includes financial markets, business development and exploration and land strategies. Boyce currently sits on the board of directors of three public energy companies and one private corporation.
