Rogers Associate Financial Partners Inc. announced late Wednesday that it has entered into a letter of intent with Canam Credit Company Inc. to amalgamate the two companies.

The amalgamation of the two companies is subject to a number of conditions, including the receipt of any and all shareholder, exchange and regulatory approvals. Canam Credit is a Calgary based company with interests in lending services.

Rogers say it is very excited about the potential merger as it gives the corporation greater financial strength and introduces a number of new financial products and services to their clients.
