Royal Bank of Canada said Thursday that Charlotte R. Otto has left its board “as the result of competing professional responsibilities.”
Otto is global external relations officer of The Procter & Gamble Co. of Cincinnati. She joined RBC’s board in November 2000. Her resignation is effective immediately.
