Financial Executives International Canada (FEI Canada) announced the induction of its 2009-2010 board of directors on Friday, and welcomed Karyn Brooks as she becomes chair of the board for the coming year.

The new board for the professional membership association for senior financial executives was elected, for a one-year term, at FEI Canada’s annual general meeting on May 26.

“We congratulate our incoming board of directors and look forward to continuing the tremendous work of the association in the year ahead,” said Michael Conway, chief executive and national president of FEI Canada. “FEI Canada extends its gratitude to Grant Ring for his contributed as our chair for over the last year. We further thank all our outgoing board members for their dedication, commitment and hard work on behalf of all FEI Canada members.”
