Toronto-based Front Street Capital 2004 (Front Street Capital) announced on Friday that it has completed the transfer of portfolio management and investment advisory services for its funds from its affiliate Front Street Investment Management Inc.

“The change consolidates both investment fund manager and portfolio manager roles under one legal entity and is expected to improve operational efficiencies,” according to Front Street Capital’s announcement.

All of the individual portfolio managers for the affected funds will continue in their roles at Front Street Capital following the transfer, the firm states, and the individual portfolio managers advising those funds will remain the same.
