The Investment Dealers Association of Canada reports that it is improving its web site’s functionality for its members.

The IDA reports that it recently introduced links from its rules (by-laws, regulations and policies) to notices and bulletins that clarify and interpret the rules. “This will permit viewers to determine which bulletins and notices are related to a specific rule,” it says.

“The linkages are notated to the left of the title/heading of the by-law and the number of the notice/bulletin. By clicking the notation, viewers will see a list of linkages which, if clicked, will open the linked document. Viewers will then be able to toggle back and forth between the linked documents,” it explains.
