Montreal-based Landry Investment Management Inc. on Wednesday announced it intends to terminate Landry Canadian Dividend Plus Fund on or about Jan. 12, 2016.
This decision follows a strategic review of the firm’s products offering, Landry says in a statement.
As a result, the investment activities of the $4.3-million mutual fund will be suspended and, effective at the end of business on Nov.11, the fund is closed to new purchases of units.
Unitholders will not be required to pay any charges or fees associated with the termination of the fund, Landry says, and all costs associated with the termination will be borne by the company.
