Mackenzie Saxon Explorer Class to merge into Mackenzie Universal North American Growth Class
Investors have approved a resolution to merge Mackenzie Saxon Explorer Class into Mackenzie Universal North American Growth Class.
Mackenzie Financial Corp. says the merger consolidates two funds with similar fees and investment objectives into a single, larger fund.
The merger is expected to take place after the close of business on June 15.
