The Investment Dealers Association of Canada announced today that it will hold a hearing to consider a settlement agreement with RBC Dominion Securities Inc.

The settlement relates to the conduct of the manager of the firm’s Penticton branch office between November 1997 and September 2001.

The hearing is scheduled for Monday, March 14 in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The hearing is not open to the public unless and until the settlement agreement has been accepted by the hearing panel.
