Saxon Financial Inc. has filed preliminary simplified prospectus for three new funds: Saxon Microcap Fund; Saxon U.S. Small Cap Fund; and Saxon Global Small Cap Fund.

Saxon says it plans to make the funds available in Advisor Series, Investor Series, B-Series (institutional), and F-Series.

The funds will be managed according to the same value investment style has been applied in the 22-year Saxon Small Cap Fund.

Saxon says the funds aim to achieve significant long-term growth by investing primarily in well-diversified portfolios of companies with below-average market capitalization. Each fund is expected to be a fully qualified investment for registered plans.
