TSX Datalinx today announced that it has reached an agreement with Markets Inc. to distribute its BlockBook trade data.

BlockBook is a new electronic marketplace that masks the size and value of investor intentions while investors monitor the market for trading opportunities at the best possible match. The benefits of the system include more choice in trading methodologies, reduction of trading costs and improved liquidity.

BlockBook will connect to LinxPointOne, TSX Datalinx’s data distribution product which provides real time market data to customers in Canada and internationally via one point of contact.
