Dynamic Funds, a division of Toronto-based GCIC Ltd., Tuesday announced new additions to its fixed income investment capabilities with the hiring of Marc-André Gaudreau and a Montreal-based team of asset managers and analysts.
Dynamic is increasing both the depth and market reach of its investment management bench in a move that will support new growth with both retail and institutional expertise. Gaudreau will be joined by Olivier Marquis, Alexandre Mathieu and Roger Rouleau who together bring to Dynamic solid expertise, with a proven track record in high yield and other credit investments, preferred shares and financial derivatives.
“The addition of Marc-André and his colleagues will allow Dynamic to capture a larger piece of the fixed income market with a proven team of specialists that combines independent research and analysis with active investment management” said Dynamic Funds’ president and CEO Jordy Chilcott.
Gaudreau and his colleagues will work from Dynamic Funds’ offices in Montreal, joining the firm on November 19.
