BetaPro Management Inc. intends to consolidate the units of Horizons BetaPro S&P/TSX Global Gold Bear Plus ETF (TSX:HGD), the company said Wednesday.
After the Toronto Stock Exchange has closed for trading on June 2, the units of HGD will be consolidated on the basis of a 1:4 ratio.
Units will begin trading on a consolidated basis on June 3.
