The Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) on Thursday announced that Duane Green, president and CEO at Franklin Templeton Investments Corp., has joined IFIC’s board and that WeirFoulds LLP has joined as an affiliate.
“I am sure Duane Green will continue Franklin Templeton’s exceptional leadership in promoting the interests of investors and the broader industry through IFIC,” says Paul Bourque, IFIC president and CEO, in a statement.
Green replaces Don Reed, who recently retired from Toronto-based Franklin Templeton.
