The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) is boosting fees by about 1% for the year ahead.
The Quebec securities regulator announced today that the fees will be adjusted as of January 1, 2014. The adjusted fees are set out in three notices to be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec and in the AMF Bulletin.
In general, the fees are being hiked by 0.97%, including fees that are payable under the Financial Administration Act, the Securities Act, the Derivatives Act, and others. And, fees due under other rules are rising by 1.1%.
